KNYSNA NEWS - Former Knysna Taxi Forum secretary Mandla Tyololo, who is applying for bail for the fourth time, briefly appeared in the Knysna Magistrate's Court on Monday, 6 May.
Tyololo is charged with conspiracy to commit the murder after ANC councillor Victor Molosi was gunned down outside his home in July last year.
During his court appearance Tyololo, through his lawyer Advocate Ezra Morrison, submitted two documents, containing what is believed to be five new facts in his bail application, to magistrate Flippie Hendricks State prosecutor MP Heyns accepted the documents to be submitted "without conceding to anything" and requested the court to grant the state an opportunity to respond, should the documents be accepted as new facts.
The matter was postponed pending the Hendricks' judgment on whether the documents presented before him constitute as new facts or not.
His judgment is expected to be heard in the Knysna Magistrates Court on Friday 10 May.
Tyololo remains in custody.
