Update
KNYSNA NEWS - The case against former Knysna Taxi Forum secretary Mandla Tyololo, who is charged with conspiracy to commit the murder of slain Knysna councillor Victor Molosi, was postponed by the Knysna Magistrate's Court this week in order for the director of public prosecutions to decide which court – the regional or high court – will hear the matter, and for Tyololo's defence to be present after a Legal Aid lawyer stood in on Monday 10 December for advocate Ezra Morrison.
Tyololo's next appearance is scheduled for 15 January 2019.
Meanwhile, the other three men accused of Molosi's murder, former Knysna councillor Velile Waxa, municipal official Mawande Makhala and Cape Town's Vela Patrick Dumile, were set to appear in the Knysna Magistrate's Court today (13 December), which will be reported on in the next edition.
