KNYSNA NEWS - The trial of Mandla Tyololo accused of conspiracy to murder Knysna councillor Victor Molosi was scheduled to commence in the Knysna Magistrate's Court this week, but ended in another postponement.
Molosi was gunned outside his house in Concordia in July last year.
Tyololo's advocate Ezra Morrison requested a postponement because she still needed to attain outstanding documents pertaining to cellphone records.
State prosecutor MP Heyns, who specialises in organised crime, is back on record for the matter and conceded to the postponement.
The case was postponed to 4 April.
