KNYSNA NEWS - All eyes will be on the High Court, currently sitting in Knysna, as judge RCA Henney is expected to deliver his judgement on the three men charged with the murder of ANC councillor, Victor Molosi.
Molosi was gunned down mere meters from his home in Concordia in July last year.
The accused - former councillor Velile Waxa, former municipal officer Mawande Makhala and Cape Town's Vela Patrick Dumile - are facing charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
They pleaded not guilty on all counts.
Henney is expected to deliver his much-anticipated judgement at 11:00 today.
