KNYSNA NEWS & VIDEO - The matter against former ward councillor Velile Waxa, Mawande Makhala and Vela Patrick Dumile is not yet ready for trial and has been postponed to 20 May for pre trial.
Makhala and Dumile remain in custody while Waxa's bail has been extended.
The three men are charged with the murder of Victor Molosi who was gunned down outside his home in Concordia in July last year.
Chaos broke as residents are chanting and throwing bins around. Emergency vehicles just arrived on Gray Street.
