Update
KNYSNA NEWS - The key witness in the Victor Molosi murder case, has been declared a hostile witness by Judge RCA Henney.
This after Luzuko Makhala, who was to testify against his brother Mawande Makhala, Velile Waxa and Vela Patrick Dumile, deviated from his original statement last week.
Molosi, an ANC councillor, was gunned down outside his home in Concordia last year.
The trial continues at the Knysna Magistrate's Court.
