KNYSNA NEWS - Declared hostile witness in the Victor Molosi murder case, Luzuko Makhala finished giving his testimony yesterday, Wednesday 23 October at the Knysna Magistrate's Court.
He was not charged, however, Judge RCA indicated that he should be ready to make recommendations on whether he shoukd get indemnity or not.
Luzuko was to testify against his brother Mawande Makhala, Velile Waxa and Vela Patrick Dumile. The three men stand accused of the murder of ANC councillor Molosi who was gunned down mere meters from his home in Concordia last year.
The accused are also charged with conspiracy to commit the murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm. All three pleaded not guilty to all counts.
The trial continues at the Knysna Magistrate's Court.
