KNYSNA NEWS - The community of Knysna has only one week left to respond to the proposed renovations to Woodmill Lane. According to Heritage Practitioner Andre Vercueil his office had thus far not received any comments regarding the redevelopment of Woodmill Lane in Knysna town - which would see the centre be transformed into a mall.
Vercueil stated this week that with the deadline of 15 March looming comments are yet to be received.
"We look forward to the community of Knysna submitting their comments and as we acknowledge that this matter is of huge interest to the public,” he stated, and reminded the public that if no comments from the people of Knysna is forthcoming the ball will keep rolling on the project to a point of no return.
Comments must be addressed to Andre Vercueil, at Carisbrooke, 26 Newton Street, Knysna, 6571 or via email to [email protected] on or before 15 March.
Persons that cannot write may approach Vercueil on appointment to assist in putting the comments in writing.
