Those tasked with keeping residents and visitors safe in Plettenberg Bay showed that they are ready for the festive-season influx during the annual public safety chief inspection on Friday, November 18. The inspection took the form of a parade and demonstration at the Piesang Valley community hall by members of all the public safety components under the Bitou municipality’s community services department. Participants included members of the traffic, law enforcement and fire services – all in full uniform.
