Update
KNYSNA NEWS - Ricardo de Vos' family continues to fight for justice as the long-running case of his murder, which has seen several delays, is set to return to the Knysna Magistrate's Court on 10 September, when the three accused are expected to enter pleas before the trial proceeds.
All three remain out on bail.
The previous court proceedings focused on legal arguments over the charges as the defence sought to have them reduced to lesser offences.
De Vos' family, however, remain hopeful that the case will finally progress after months of delays.
De Vos (28) died on 23 February after being assaulted during an altercation involving a group of people. He sustained multiple injuries and was taken to hospital, where he was declared dead.
