Runners could choose between an easy 8km run, a more challenging 15km route and, for the more experienced trail runners, the super challenging 27km route. More than 250 eager athletes entered this very exciting and picturesque run and only had good things to say about it afterwards. Podium finishers on the day were:
- Men's 8km: 1. Lindokuhle Ngema (38:18); 2. Martin Vonalleman (45:25); 3. Dylan van Wyk (45:51).
- Women's 8km: 1. Belinda Boyd (59:49); 2. Lizel Prinsloo (1:01:54); 3. Dalene Stiff (1:02:59).
- Men's 15km: Alfonso Pieterse (1:10:43); 2. Jacques Botes (1:17:13); 3. Neill Clark (1:18:48).
- Women's 15km: 1. Marianne Joubert (1:35:49); 2. Sandra Leyck (1:37:05); 3. Carla Nel (1:37:14).
- Men's 27km: 1. Lloyd Bosman (2:01:45); 2. Basil Stevens (2:11:45); 3. Hendry Olivier (2:19:04).
- Women's 27km: 1. Angela Carlisle (2:59:03); 2. Angelique Cilliers (3:28:34); 3. Kirsty Smit (3:46:09).
