KARATE NEWS - Nathan Laas of Karate Zen George took part in the Karate SA championships in Durban last weekend and brought home two bronze medals; one for kata and one for kumite.
Nathan earned his Eden karate colours at the Western Cape Tournament in Cape Town in February and went on to get his Western Cape colours at the Karate SA tournament in April.
He is working very hard to get his Protea colours in karate.
