KNYSNA NEWS - The Oakhill Sports Campus once again played host to the Eden Hockey trials for the Eden men's Country Districts side last weekend, welcoming players from all along the Garden Route.
The OSC, which was the first of Knysna's two artificial hockey fields to be built, has played host to the trials for the past three years.
This year trials were held on Saturday 7 March with participants enjoying just over two hours of hockey action with the blazing afternoon sun beating down on them, all with a chance to be selected for the Eden Country Districts team.
This team will participate in the South African Country Districts Hockey tournament set to take place from 27 June to 4 July with York High School in George to be the venue used for all matches and tournament festivities.
