SEDGEFIELD SPORT NEWS - A full field of golfers took to the greens at Sedge Links last Sunday as part of a series of golf days set to take place in the coming months in support of local charities.
The first Sunday of September, October and November was dedicated towards the Sedgefield Pharmacy Charity Golf Series, but due to inclement weather on Sunday 6 September, the event was postponed to 13 September, when 36 golfers pitched up to take part in the first of the three golf days.
A fun day was had by all and by midday everyone had completed 18 holes and it was time for prize-giving.
