KNYSNA GOLF NEWS - The third annual Families SA (Famsa) Knysna Golf Day concluded last week Friday 21 August after it had been split into two separate days in order to comply with Covid-19 regulations.
This year’s golf day was held without any prizes and naturally no prizegiving, as Famsa did not want to approach business who may be struggling at the moment and ask them to sponsor the golf day.
Despite this, 26 fourballs signed up and took part in the two golf days at Simola Golf and Country Estate, raising approximately R20 000 for the organisation.

Even though there were no prizes handed out, Famsa still tallied scores to determine the winners, and over the course of the two days the team from Office Connexion were crowned the winners.
