Despite a second long night of counting by the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC), there's still no final result in Nelson Mandela Bay, while the ANC and the DA are neck-and-neck in Tshwane and Johannesburg this morning.
At 6am, at least 98% of the vote had been counted in Nelson Mandela Bay and the official opposition has 46.56% of the vote there while the ruling party has 40.99%.
The DA has already claimed to have a majority of votes in that metro.
