It's understood the suspects accosted the two couples, beating and tying up the men before throwing them into the lake, where they drowned.
One woman was allegedly raped while the other escaped.
At the end of October a suspect was arrested and on Tuesday, a 22-year-old man was arrested in Yeoville.
The police's Lungelo Dlamini says, “He was arrested on Tuesday. Police have been questioning him until we decided to take him to court today to charge him with cases of murder. We are still looking for the other suspects. But we hope with the arrests of these two suspects it will lead to the arrests of the others.”
