GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - Sunridge Primary School's table tennis team made their debut at the South African Table Tennis Board (SATTB) National Tournament in Cape Town from 1 to 7 October.
Led by coaches David McCarthy and Llewelyn van Rooyen, the five-member team participated in mixed doubles and single events.
It was a highlight of the championship when team member Jay-Leigh Hoffman made the top 16 category, becoming the first Eden player who received this ranking point at his first time competing at national level.
Sunridge Primary School thanks the principal, Iris Louw, coaches David McCarthy and Llewelyn van Rooyen, Crystal Puren, Sasley Puren, and Maryam Smith for their support.
