KNYSNA NEWS - On Sunday afternoon, 15 June, Sinako FC from Knysna showcased their hunger for promotion with a commanding 5-1 win over Young Stars in an exciting Promotional League fixture at Loerie Park Stadium.
Young Stars opened the scoring early after a defensive error by Sinako, taking advantage of poor communication at the back.

Sinako kept the pressure on, with Ayavuya Kelemane delivering a standout performance in central midfield. His sharp passing and vision created numerous chances, helping Sinako to take control of the game. Just before half-time, Uzukhanye Teyise struck to put Sinako 2-1 ahead.
In the second half, Sinako turned up the intensity. They dominated possession and created wave after wave of attacking moves. Likho Zamane, Anovuyo Balise and Masixole Luyasi each added goals, sealing a convincing 5-1 victory.
Sinako’s backline also stepped up in the second half, shutting down Young Stars’ efforts and protecting their lead with composure and discipline.
