KNYSNA NEWS - In an update supplied by the Knysna Municipality moments ago it said that smoke in the Bosdorp area near Karatara is still a challenge. "There were flare-ups, however our emergency teams have dealt with those," the statement said.
In Rheenendal, said the municipality, the fire is contained and emergency teams have dealt with the flare-ups. "Arial bombing was done to push the fire away," the municipal statement said.
Furthermore the municipality added that emergency teams are on various sites dealing with and monitoring the situations.
