KNYSNA NEWS - The 10km event at the Knysna Waterfront Marathon this morning delivered standout performances.
In the men’s race, Austin Koopman of Rainbow AC claimed victory in a time of 32:21.1.
His teammate, Valentino Loggenberg, secured second place in 32:51.1, giving Rainbow AC a powerful one-two finish.
Francios Maquassa of Nedbank Running Club followed in third place with a time of 34:20.7.
The women’s 10km race also brought strong results. Jen Vallance took first place in 43:07.7, whilst Mlunguza of Nedbank Running Club, finished second in 44:07.7.
Belinda Tull of Sedgefield Striders completed the podium, claiming third place in 44:20.3.
