KNYSNA NEWS - The DA's mayor-elect for Knysna, Michelle Wasserman, was officially sworn in as councillor at the municipality's Speaker’s chambers on Thursday 22 November.
According to Speaker Georlene Wolmarans, the Greater Knysna community can only benefit from the expertise and experience Wasserman will bring to council.
“We look forward to her contributions in caucus and in council,” she said in a statement.
Wasserman fills the DA proportional vacancy left by Martin Young.
