KNYSNA | BITOU NEWS - Amid the ongoing vaccination drive, the Knysna Town Hall will be hosting a Wellness Wednesday this week.
The Wellness Wednesday allows members of the public to visit the town hall to receive free blood pressure, HIV, and diabetic screenings, to be weighed, and the chance to be vaccinated.
As at Monday 7 February the Western Cape has seen 2 887 726 registrations for the Covid-19 vaccine, 51,45% of the eligible population.
In the Garden Route a total of 254 092 people have registered for the vaccine, 51,33% of the eligible population.
In Knysna there has been a total of 36 097 vaccine registrations, which is 62,88% of the eligible population. Bitou has seen a total of 22 109 vaccine registrations, 52,03% of the eligible population.
