GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS - It has been confirmed by municipal traffic services that the local taxi associations will be participating in the stay away announced by the South Africa National Taxi Council (Santaco) Western Cape.
According to the statement by Santaco no taxis will be operating until 9 August.
"Members of the public who are reliant on public transport must take note and will therefore be responsible for other means of transport during the stay away," says municipal spokesperson, Cornelle Carstens. Cornelle Carstens is the media liaison for Mossel Bay Municipality.
