Sexual assault case of teacher postponed

Update

KNYSNA NEWS - The case of a Thembelitsha Primary School teacher charged with five counts of sexual assault was postponed until March for further investigation. 

The teacher appeared briefly in the Knysna Magistrate's Court on Tuesday 15 January. 

He is out on bail and due to appear on 12 March.

His bail conditions are that he should not interfere with or intimidate the witnesses, and he has to submit his passport to the state until the case is finalised.
