"Towards the end of 2004, an opportunity arose for me to become the Chief Traffic Officer, and I gladly embraced the position. The highlight of my career has been assisting people. In every interaction, I have been genuinely happy to help."
Bans' dedication to serving the community extends beyond his personal achievements. He aspires to leave a lasting legacy that inspiries his colleagues and peers to follow in his footsteps.
His vision is one where everyone, regardless of their position, is treated with equality and provided quality service.
Bans hopes that his colleagues will continue to uphold these values and work diligently to enhance the well-being of Knysna's residents.
