KNYSNA NEWS - As the sale of alcohol was permitted again nationwide with the commencement of lockdown Level 3, Knysna residents made their way to liquor stores this morning to get their share.
It has been more than two months since alcohol was legally purchasable, and it was evident this morning how many people have been anxiously waiting to be able to restock their liquor cabinets.
At some stores, customers began queuing from as early as 07:00 in anticipation for the opening of the doors at 09:00.
There are restrictions in place with regard to how many customers are allowed in-store, as well as the amount of items they are allowed to purchase.
