SEDGEFIELD NEWS AND VIDEO - A few tears and a tiny bit of chaos was what the first day of school had in store for the new grade 1’s of Sedgefield Primêr in Smutsville, Sedgefield.
While the day started off with a classic assembly and some song, chaos crept in as the new grade 1’s and their parents made their way to the new classrooms.
This was quickly sorted out though and everyone got to where they needed to be.
Some tears lasted long after mom left her baby in the classroom, but all in all most kids were quite ecstatic to be at “big school”.
