KNYSNA | PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - The three million mark for vaccine registrations across the Western Cape is right around the corner, with just under 15 000 new registrations in the past week.
As at Monday 21 February the Western Cape has seen 2 917 433 registrations for the Covid-19 vaccine, 51,98% of the eligible population. In the Garden Route a total of 255 859 people have registered for the vaccine, 51,68% of the eligible population.
In Knysna there has been a total of 36 251 vaccine registrations, which is 63,15% of the eligible population. Bitou has seen a total of 22 258 vaccine registrations, 52,38% of the eligible population.
The vaccination schedule for the rest of the week in Knysna and Bitou is as follows:
