On Thursday 19 December Van's Auctioneers will sell 3 properties in Plettenberg Bay. At 10:00 and 11:00 two large stands will be sold at the immaculate Brackenridge Estate. The estate is a 128 hectare nature preserve with 280 sites and offers its residents unspoilt views and access to the spacious outdoors within the estates secure parameters. At 13:00 1592m² stand will be sold at Schoongezicht Estate in Plettenberg Bay. The estate has a 1,8 km boardwalk from where the residents can experience the indigenous forest and abundance of birds. Small antelopes are also often spotted in the estate. At 12:00 a 1506m² stand will be sold at Fernwood Estate, Knysna. Fernwood Estate is a fairly new development within close proximity to the fabulous Pezula golf course. The estate has breathtaking views of Knysna's main attractions. And at 14:00 a 3,9232 hectare smallholding will be auctioned.
