KNYSNA RUGBY NEWS - Knysna High School hosted Taraguy Rugby Club from Argentina during a friendly match played at the school's sports grounds on 22 February.

The visitors were full of song and joy but this quickly became subdued as the game progressed.

KHS' Tuskies opened the scoring thanks to a penalty kick by Yongama Gaxela but were complacent in conceding two tries just minutes after that.

This however just revived the Tuskies who came back strongly before scoring two tries of their own.

Going into the break the score was 17-14. Tuskies dominated the second half and scored several times as the visitors were unable to answer the decisive play. The visitors failed to score in the second half and the game ended 36-14.
