FOOTBALL NEWS - Hendrick Ekstein is positive Kaizer Chiefs have taken a giant step towards ending their three-year drought for a major trophy.
Chiefs edged Baroka FC 1-0 on Saturday to reach the semifinals of the Nedbank Cup, where they have since been drawn against Free State Stars.
Ekstein, who was among Amakhosi's best players on the day, is adamant they can go all the way and clinch their first trophy under the mentorship of Steve Komphela.
The 27-year old’s fine display on Saturday won him the Man of the Match accolade.
