Voota earns valuable experience from Kapstadt Cup

KNYSNA NEWS - Local football club Voota FC recently took part in the Kapstadt Cup in Cape Town, sending two teams to what is considered to be the Mother City's premier grassroots football festival.

This year, more than 30 clubs from around the country and Namibia took part across 10 divisions from 28 September to 3 October. 

Voota FC's U16 team played four games and suffered four defeats. The U20 team had marginally better luck, playing five games and winning one. 

While not the ideal results, the club is proud to have attended and participated.
