Fifa investigated a cash payment which Blatter approved to Michel Platini, for work that Platini carried out as a consultant from 1998 to 2002.
Blatter told a Swiss newspaper that the chief Fifa judge, Hans-Joachim Eckert, confirmed to him last week that all charges against him had been withdrawn.
Both men are set to discover their fates when the verdicts are delivered today.
Aside from corruption, Blatter faces other charges, including accusations of mismanagement.
If found guilty, Blatter and Platini may receive lengthy bans.
