Albertus Kennedy (SWDC CEO) emphasised the importance of career pathing that ensures that each staff member's potential is developed optimally and that there is a career mapped out for employees in the company. This qualification is a significant accomplishment and major milestone in their careers.
"We have a succession framework in place with the aim to develop career paths for individuals with the aim to assist them in their careers, making them more enthusiastic about their jobs and therefore making them more productive. In this way, the individual skills may be utilised to achieve the goals of both the individual and the organisation," said Kennedy.
