The event was held over the two weeks of the recent school holidays and was supported by teams from all corners of the Western Cape, and even Kimberley.
The festival consisted of u/11, u/13 and colts matches. Local teams that participated include Knysna Primary School, Oakhill School, Plettenberg Bay Primary School and the Knysna Sport School.
Some great performances came from Jarred du Plessis of Knysna High School who scored 55 and 45, while Jowan Jacobs achieved a five-wicket haul. Werner Mells and Mathew Mowers each took three wickets.
The top achievers for Oakhill included Shaun Riley (3 for 54 and 4 for 20) who earned the title of Man of the Match for both games. Cluum Nicoll (18) and Sam Mvimbi (34) did well with the bat.
