It takes a village to raise a child, and no one knows this better than those who work with youth directly in supporting them through their challenges. Recognising that youth have different needs than adults, and as school is the place where youth/children spend a lot of their time, Ngoyo wanted to make school a place where they feel they belong. To do this, he wants to maximise community investment into schools through his non-profit organisation, the Kaalvoet Mzansi Foundation. His vision and mission are outstanding: "His vision is to open doors for learners in various schools by maximising community investment through the Kaalvoet Mzansi Foundation and his mission is to unleash the potential of children and youth, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, enabling them to become positive role models and productive citizens". Many people are comfortable as they are and that's fine. But there are people like Anele Ngoyo, who is never comfortable with being mediocre and always wants to do more for his community. I remember him assisting unemployed youth with typing their CVs. He never loses the sight of his mission of empowering the youth. Even now he is about to start his own printing business in Umasizakhe, which he is naming after his grandmother, Rachel Ngoyo. I have much respect for him.
