A motion of no confidence, tabled by the opposition party last month, will be debated in the National Assembly this afternoon.
ANC Caucus spokesperson Moloto Mothapo says it’s premature for the DA to seek the removal of Zuma on the basis of the Public Protector's State of Capture report.
“The DA’s motion, we will not support [as] it’s a waste of time. Thus far, the opposition has brought seven motions since 2014 – which makes this motion playful and to lose serious in terms of the Constitution.”
