This is according to the KwaZulu-Natal National Prosecuting Authority head, Moipone Noko, who said citizens had a moral obligation to report crime, irrespective of who was committing it. This included law enforcers, such as the police.
“A photograph could hold weight in evidence,” her spokeswoman Natasha Kara told The Independent on Saturday.
“However there is a fine line between gathering evidence and invading privacy.”
