KNYSNA NEWS - Revive Knysna, in collaboration with over 50 dedicated residents, spearheaded a community cleanup on 2 and 3 March, as part of their Keep Knysna Clean initiative.
Led by project-leader Penny Johnston Rice, the group embarked on a mission to transform Main Street.
Armed with determination and cleaning tools, they meticulously scrubbed, blasted, swept, scraped, wiped, weeded, and polished their way through the majority of the street.
Their efforts were rewarded as Main Street sparkled with newfound radiance.
This collective display of community spirit and commitment to maintaining a clean environment is a testament to the unwavering dedication of Knysna residents.
Revive Knysna continues to make a positive impact in revitalizing the town and inspiring others to uphold the beauty of their community.
The project showcased environmental stewardship and community acts in preserving the ecosystem, promoting better waste management and pride in the town's natural heritage.
