The iconic festival, taking place from 4-13 July this year, draws thousands of visitors to Knysna yearly.
Be part of this 42-year-old tradition that celebrates community, creativity and culture. From food and wine tastings to outdoor adventures, art exhibits, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities - there’s room for every event.
Why should you register now?
1. You will be included in the Official Festival printed and online programme; and
2. As a registered Festival event, your event can benefit from the festival’s extensive marketing and promotion.
How to register:
Email Nicci at events@knysnaoysterfestival.co.za for an official application form or pick one up from the Visit Knysna office (40 Main Road).
Submit your event details before 30 April to secure your spot in the printed programme. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of one of South Africa’s most celebrated festivals.
Please note:
1. All events must adhere to the SASREA Events Act, and apply for event-approval from the Knysna Municipality Events Committee; and
2. All events must be financially self-sustaining.
Applications can be submitted by dropping your form off at the Visit Knysna office (40 Main Road, Knysna), or emailing it to Nicci on events@knysnaoysterfestival.co.za.
