KNYSNA NEWS - Knysna police raided the taxi rank last week Thursday, 31 May during a clean-up initiative that is aimed at busting illegal hawkers and vagrants.
Knysna municipality's officers, security guards and members of the place were visible during the operation.
Captain Dewald Kitching who was among the officers on the scene said, "This is an initiative by the Knysna municipality while part is to ensure safety and that the operation is swift."
It is still unclear if any arrests were made during the operation.
