KNYSNA NEWS - The recent Post Office strike may have an affect on the delivery of municipal invoices for the month of July 2018, according to the Knysna Municipality.

However, and for the convenience of residents, the municipality has made the following e-services portals available where you can easily and conveniently access your account online.

Option 1:
All you need to do is to download your account from: http://knysna.docview.co.za/ Use your municipal account number for both the user name and password. The link is also available on the Knysna Municipality website homepage under the tab “View Account”.

A payment link to all major banks is also available and can be used to pay their account online.

Option 2:
Download the mobile app, which is available on all mobile devices, so you can easily view your account at the touch of a button. Click here to download the Knysna App now http://knysna.comunity.me

Option 3:
Receive your account via email. Register by sending an email to accounts@knysna.gov.za.

Alternatively, you are most welcome to visit the Customer Pay Centres in Main Street, Knysna or Flamingo Street in Sedgefield for a copy of your account statement.
