KNYSNA NEWS - Residents woke up to no water earlier this week and after a hot day today, came home to no water again.
'Disaster', 'fed-up' and 'furious' - these were a few residents' comments.
Although the team who answer the emergency municipal number (044 302 6300) are always prompt and polite, it is currently impossible for them to say when the water will be restored.
A resident who called the number at 18:10 this evening was told that there is a pipe break in Gray Street, Upper Town.
Residents are now asking ward 10 councillor Peter Myers what is happening.
The Knysna-Plett Herald was asked to contact Myers since these water breaks have become so frequent that not only does it make for unhappy residents, but also for huge water loss in a time of drought.
