KNYSNA NEWS - On 9 August, Miss Earth SA semi-finalist Angelique Fourie hosted a Women in Business event in Knysna, aiming to unite and uplift female business owners in the region.
The event, curated by Fourie and attended by Catherine Constantinides, executive director of Miss Earth, showcased the power of unity and collaboration among female entrepreneurs.
The event brought together 20 women from various industries, driven by the common goal of empowering one another and fostering professional growth.
Attendees could connect, share experiences, and establish valuable connections that could lead to future collaborations and partnerships.
"There are so many incredible women-run businesses in Knysna without people knowing about them. Women's month is the perfect opportunity to highlight the hard work that these women do and get to know one another in this way and find ways to help each other in business," said Fourie.
