REGIONAL NEWS - Countless little kiddies today took the bravest step of their young lives, by donning a school uniform and going to the 'big school' for the first time as a Grade 1 learner.
The step from Grade R to Grade 1 is always one of the biggest steps a child takes in their schooling journey. It opens them up to a whole new world, a big wide world filled with endless opportunities.
Today, 17 January, marked the turn for this year's little ones to take this big step and start the next chapter of their lives.
