PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - The murder of Jenerica (Rica) Roman in Kurland Village at the Crags on 2 October 2016, is still unsolved.
Now Rica's family appeals to anyone with information, including the perpetrators themselves, to come forward to solve Rica's murder mystery.
She was strangled and stabbed and her body was dumped behind the local women's community craft shop, Women on the Move.
The murder case was closed due to lack of evidence. Rica was 33 years old when she died.
James van der Westhuizen, Rica's brother-in-law, appeals to anyone with information to come forward - even the perpetrators themselves.
"Six years ago our sister and loving mother of three boys was ripped away from her family. Come forward, please come forward, and get rid of the guilt and speak up. We forgave you a long time ago, just give us some closure as a family, and especially her three sons," said Van der Westhuizen.
"We as a family just want to call upon the community, her circle of friends, anyone who has heard or seen anything (evidence) related to the case: please come forward."
Please contact Rica's sister, Francisca, on 078 800 5540 or email her at franciscavdwest@gmail.com.
