KNYSNA NEWS - Applications for informal trading permits at many departments of the Knysna Municipality can now be done online through the Collaborator portal.
In a municipal press release, Acting Municipal Manager Johannes Jonkers said they have implemented online applications for numerous services, including Building Control and Environmental Management.
"Applicants can now apply or renew permits at a time and place suitable for them. The system allows the applicant to fill in an application form, upload statutory documents and track submitted applications. If any additional information is required, the applicant will be contacted via email. It is simple, straightforward with minimum effort."
