Fraaisig crowns Mr and Ms Grade R

KNYSNA NEWS - Not a hair was out of place as Fraaisig Primary held the Mr and Ms Grade R modelling show on Saturday 14 October.

The much-anticipated show, organised by Fraaisig Primary teachers Ivana Palmer, Charmaine Witbooi, Jody Manuel and Candice Lavack, was staged at Knysna Secondary School's hall. The event showcased the talent, confidence and style of the youngest members of the school.

As the curtains lifted, the audience was greeted with a scene straight out of a fashion extravaganza. The Grade R students confidently walked the runway, radiating charm and poise beyond their years.

Dressed to impress, these young models left the audience in awe with their sense of style and impeccable stage presence. In addition to the buzz of the modelling, the audience was treated to a lively performance by the Fraaisig Primary junior choir.

Out of the 40 junior learners who participated in the show, a select few dazzled the judges.

The winners were:

Mr Grade R - Tobit Luc Jantjies, Mr Grade R first runner-up - Onwabile Tede, second runner-up - Clishaan Grootboom, Ms Grade R - Jazlyn Kamfer, first princess - Sqamo Hendricks, second princess - Emihle Matu, Ms Personality - Melea Titus and Mr Personality - Ayabonga Kotani.
