GARDEN ROUTE  NEWS - The vaccination drive continues in the Western Cape, including Knysna and Bitou.

As at Monday 31 January the Western Cape has seen 2 873 073 registrations for the Covid-19 vaccine, 51,19% of the eligible population.

In the Garden Route a total of 253 151 people have registered for the vaccine, 51,13% of the eligible population.

In Knysna there has been a total of 35 997 vaccine registrations, which is 62,70% of the eligible population. Bitou has seen a total of 22 043 vaccine registrations, 51,87% of the eligible population.

The vaccination schedule for the rest of the week in Knysna and Bitou is as follows:

• Knysna Community Day Centre (CDC) - Tuesday 1 February to Friday 4 February

• Knysna Town Hall - Wednesday 2 February and Friday 4 February

• Sedgefield Clinic - Thursday 3 February and Friday 4 February

Bitou

• Kwanokuthula CDC - Wednesday 2 February and Friday 4 February

• Plettenberg Bay Town Clinic - Wednesday 2 February and Thursday 3 February

• Kranshoek Clinic - Thursday 3 February

• Crags Clinic - Tuesday 1 February
